N/A The Hobart 3813 2 full featured manual slicer is designed with a removable 13 CleanCut contoured stainless steel knife that stays sharp longer to improve product yield. Through its automatic shutoff feature the knife shuts off after 30 seconds of inactivity for superior energy savings. When its time to sharpen a sharpen knife indicator light will illuminate. A sharpen knife button will take the guesswork out of proper sharpening time to extend the life of the knife. For excellent cleaning and sanitation each slicer features an exclusive tilting removable carriage system an anodized aluminum base and built in MICROBAN antimicrobial product protection. The carriage will handle food up to 12 wide or 8 in diameter easily adjusting to cut up to a thickness of 1 1 4 .
